Hey there! I’ve worn many hats, from a frustrated chef to an award-winning film director. I’ve always believed that food is far more than something we consume. It’s memory, identity, comfort, celebration, and culture all living on a plate. At the same time, I love making it look absolutely irresistible on screen. To me, a great food story should make you feel something and leave you hungry.

Mix artful filmmaking with the magic of food, and you’ve got something truly special. What sets my work apart is that I approach food not just as a visual object, but as a cultural and emotional experience. Whether I’m directing a commercial, a docuseries, or a tabletop sequence, I’m always looking to capture both the beauty of the food and the meaning behind it.

My long format project,, Al Chile, a fiery four-episode docuseries I created, wrote, and directed for ViX, was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award and is now streaming on Amazon Prime. Produced by Pablo Cruz (Taco Chronicles), the series explores the cultural and emotional power of chili peppers across Mexico and beyond. I also had the opportunity to work as Director of Photography alongside Mark Wiens on Epic Food Journeys for Nat Geo.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in production, I've got film running through my veins. Both my parents were commercial directors, and I proudly continue that tradition. Plus, I'm a London Film School alum, adding a global touch to my craft.

I'm a card-carrying member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), and though I've got three nationalities, I'm a wanderer at heart, a true citizen of the world.

I ramble about food over at Taco ’Bout Life, indulge my cinematic obsessions curating First Last Scenes, and somewhere between all that, I’ve managed to become dangerously competent at making paella.

"Food is our common ground, a universal experience."
